Here’s a serious advice. Even the nicest people have their limits. Don’t try to reach that point because the nicest people are also the scariest assholes when they’ve had enough.
Recognizing a convention by the design on the carpet
Forgive me, but this is by far my favorite manga panel of all time, so I must rant a bit. When Teito forgot everything that happened ***again***, at first I was super annoyed because I was like ‘TEITO THAT WAS A GIANT LEAP BACKWARDS WHY?!’
But then as the chapters following Teito loosing his memory came out, it began to click. The reason that the author and artist did that was so that they could show exactly what Teito and Frau had become to one another through out the course of the series. Teito is constantly feeling like something is missing, while Frau is stuck feeling like he failed to protect something that he now holds dear, both of which are new feelings for the two of them. And this manga panel completes what the creators wanted to say.
In this one moment, Frau was the only one who could make Teito recall his past and I love that. They began as bickering punks in a way, not really liking each other, always arguing, never seeing eye to eye. But over the course of their journey, through bitterness, heartache, hardships, revelations, challenges, and trials, they’ve become one another’s family. THIS is one of the many reasons I love “07 Ghost”.
